Susan has been with Sparks Physical Therapy since 2016. She graduated from Auburn University in 1999 with a B.S. in Health and Human Performance, concentration in Exercise Science and went on to earn a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2002.
In her personal time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, Andy, live in Springville with their children Sandlin and Griffin. Her hobbies include exploring the outdoors, enjoying music, spoiling her kids and dogs, thrifting and shopping.
Susan has a special interest in postoperative rehabilitation, orthopedic injury recovery, functional balance training for the geriatric population as well as conservative treatment of neck and back pain. She has had the opportunity to educate, treat, and facilitate pain free movement for her patients during her years of experience in outpatient, home health physical therapy and inpatient rehabilitation.
